The survey was conducted under the 2026 supervision program of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Hai Phong City People's Council, aimed at assessing the implementation of fire prevention and firefighting regulations at high-rise buildings, business establishments, and production facilities across the city.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed and evaluated the building's fire prevention and firefighting systems, operational management practices, compliance with relevant regulations, and emergency response procedures. The working session also provided an opportunity for discussions on current practices, achievements, and recommendations to further enhance safety management standards.
As one of Hai Phong’s prominent mixed-use developments, SHP Plaza considers fire safety a top priority in its building management and operation strategy. The Management Board regularly conducts inspections and maintenance of technical systems, updates emergency response plans, and promotes fire safety awareness among residents, tenants, and operational staff.
Being selected as a site for the delegation’s field survey reflects the attention of local authorities toward fire safety management in high-rise buildings.
